Project: Hakka Noodles


Hakka Noodles

Ingredients:- 
2 packets Hakka noodle
2 Carrots
1/4 kg Cabbage
3 Onions / Spring Onions
2 spoons Cooking oil
2 spoon SALT
1/4 spoon ajinomoto
3 green Chilly
1/4 spoon Vinegar
1 Garlic & Ginger
(Garnish with Soya Sauce & Red Chilli Sauce / Schezwan Chutney)

  • 2pcs Pav(Bread loaf)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Onions & 1Tomato
  • 3 Green Chilly
  • 1/4 spoon  Tumeric powder
  • 1/4 spoon  Salt
  • 1/4 spoon  Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 spoon  Cooking Oil
  • (Garnish with Coriander, Sliced Tomoto, Green Chilly)
